The illustration shows a fashionable Victorian woman sitting on her terrace, enjoying the fresh air under the protection of her parasol. Surrounding her is lush summer greenery, growing with wild abandon. The outfit was supplied by Mme. Fladry, located at rue Richelieu, 43 in Paris.
